4/18 - comprosed letter recognizing new address.  To be mailed Certified to dlr. 1/24 - I contacted the dealership today to speak with Mr. Newsom.  He was not there so I spoke with Farris Pigg regarding the address change.  I was able to get the following information from him on both the location on record and the new location:

- The county moved the elementary school across the street from the dealership
- dealership now zoned within city limits
- dealership's county taxes doubled
- dealership was now required to obtain a business license within the city
- Mr. Newsom elected to relocate FM facility 1/2 mile away about 200 yards outside city limits
- Facility was a previous dealership
- Not required to pay City Taxes and City Licensing Fees
- dealer also working on a deal with old real estate

 Mr. Newsom did some minor renovations to the existing facility and moved the FM signs with his own contractor. I requested Mr. Pigg have Mr. Newsom call me when he returns later this week. 

7/24 Executed docs sent to dealer.  7/9 - submitted for processing. -  7/1 - RSO signed docs.  Need new Exhibit E letter for Glen's signature.  6/27 - mailed to RSO for Ray's signature 6/16 - recived docs from dealer via US mail. 6/12 - per Wes docs were misplaced and found.  Should recieve within next week - 6/11 - left msg for Mr. Grubbs to check status of paperwork  5/15 -overnighted docs for dlr signature - 5/1 - letter mailed to dlr requesting application for potential investor.

9/19 - Vernon still working on WC issues will keep region abreast of progress. - 8/8 - file at GSO awaiting WC details  - 7/10 - docs rec'd from dealer working on pkg to send to region for signature. - 6/11 - amendment docs mailed to dealer for signature. 5/30 Received letter from dealer that he has purchased Donn Buck's ownership.  Vernon Small now 100%.

7/21 Received executed docs.  Sent to dealer.  7/9 - submitted for processing. - 7/1 - RSO signed documents sent back to Dearborn.  6/ 27 - mailed to RSO for Ray's signature 6/11 - Amend docs mailed to dlr for signature. 6/9 - received corp minutes to change J Austin Pugmire  to VP/GM with no ownership. 

7/23 - turndown letter mailed to dealer - file closed - 6/11 - Spoke with Tim waiting on accountant to provide partnership agreement.  Will forward all information once received.  Actively working file. 5/30 -no response from last application reqest. 5/13 - Spoke with Tim Brown was asked to email a new application for JB to complete.  5/5 - Robin left another messagefor Tim Brown.  Jim Barnhart called to state file is with dealer principal. 4/7- left msg for Tim Brown to discuss status of proposed ownership change. - 3/7 - spoke with Jim and promised docs will be here before the end of the month.  Still actively persuing purchasing stock in the corp.  2/19 - spoke with proposed investor.  Working with dealer to finalize documentation.  Should have back to RG by the end of the month.

4/6 - Turn down letter approved and mailed - 4/4 - dlr out of town until next week.  Processing turn down letter for Betz approval.  3/7 - left msg for Tom if no response on Monday, will send turn down letter.  2/18 - dlr on vacation until 2/25. will call on Mon to f/u - 1/28 - f/u with status of superceding SSA.  Rick & Tim each with 49% ownership and Tom with 2%.

7/23 - turn down letter mailed to dealer - file closed - 6/11 - left msg at Toyota store to check status of docs. Only at Ford store 2 days a week - 4/3 - amendments mailed to dlr for signature - 3/19- dealer adding new investor Gene Reed Jr to corp with 49% ownership. C&C requested.

10/22 - new operating plan template emailed to dealer for completion - 9/25 - docs mailed to RSO - 9/19 - docs rec'd from dealer.  working on file to submit to RSO - 8/27 - new agreements mailed to dlr for signature. - 7/25 - emailed grocery list to Robert Skinner for processing. - 6/2 - C&C reuested for Robert and James Skinner. Grocery list sent to dealer requesting new ownership structure.  Father passed away.  Dealership also providing operating plan to improve performance.

7/9 Advance parts return set-up can now occur normally.  No hand-raisers were received.  Parts return is being closed today.  7/1 Bulk sales notices sent to creditors on 6/23.  No hand-raisers as of today.  Bulk sales cleared.  Parts lien released by FMCC.  Resignation complete.  (Right of offset to occur with parts account.)  6/16 - Resignation repocessed.  Keep Open for Parts Return - 6/12 - Received parts information, req'd advance parts setup, will confirm chargebacks have occurred and will send bulk clearance letters on 616.  6/2 Resignation file.  Closing DD point that is OR.  Close by the end of May
